General Information
PCB Internet's servers are based on the Windows 2000 system offering superb reliability and speed. For improved security they are based behind a Cisco Firewall Protection system. We are currently able to offer the following features with our hosting accounts (except Free Parking):

• Support for Microsoft ASP scripting, Perl and CGI
• FTP account for uploading of your files to your web site
• Webmail facility enabling you to obtain your emails from any PC by entering 'http://mail.yourdomain.com' and entering your log in details
• SSL support for secure transactions (Additional Charge Due)
• Create ODBC databases with support for Access (Suitable for database's and e-commerce sites)
• Microsoft SQL server databases. (Additional Charge Due)
• Dedicated cgi-bin for running your own scripts
• Each account comes with its own control panel enabling you to set up and control all aspects of the account, including email, ftp accounts, and registering domains etc. To See an example of the Control panel that we employ please click here and log in with Username 'demouser' and password 'password' without the quotes.

SSL Servers
SSL gives you the ability to communicate securely with your web customers. SSL protects all communication with your clients, enabling you to securely process credit card orders and protect sensitive personal information. SSL security makes eavesdropping on your web traffic almost impossible. Your site can be transferred over to a secure server at any time, or ordered when you set up your hosting account. Please note: if you have more then one domain and require SSL on each one you will need a separate SSL facility for each of your domains.


Live Stats
Live Stats is a website analysis package written by Media House. PCB Internet believes that Live Stats is the finest statistics package available today and we are proud to be able to make it available to our customers. If you install Live Stats on your domain, you will be able to view real-time statistics for your account over the web. You get detailed graphical reports about your visitors, including those who are currently viewing your website.

Note: After you install Live Stats on a domain it may take a few hours for the statistics to start showing. If you have more the one hosting account and require Live Stats on each one you will need separate Live Stats facilities for each account.

Edit Suite
The edit suite facility is an in house development which enables you to edit your site on line using your web browser. You are required to log in, thus ensuring security on your site. The process is simple and all changes you make to the site are instantaneous, thus ensuring your site is as up to date as you require. (Please note: The edit suite facility requires Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher)

These optional extras can be added at the time of registering your domain name or if you wish you can add them later by logging into your control panel and adding the extras then. If you are transferring a domain into PCB Internet the extras can only be added from the control panel.
